Fitting kit
- 4 TCC screws 3,5x13
- 2 beleved spacers
- 2 BHC screws 5x20
Assembly
- Draw a line with a pencil along the rear sides on the original number plate support.
- Remove both saddles, indicators, the rear seat unit as well as the license plate.
- Cut away the number plate support five mm over the white line and grind all the pins (under the
original undertray) in order to let the very smooth toolbox.
- Put our undertray into place and replace the side panels and both saddles.
- Fix the undertray on the side panels using the two screws 520 to the fixing point of the rear seat
unit, and one TCC screw provided on the top of the number plate support.
- Rivet the license plate on the support foreseen for that purpose.
- If necessary, fix the plate with the supplied beleved spacers.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of
our painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Any deterioration of the parts due to the presence of any excessive load in the undertray will not be guaranteed.
* A few tyres, as Dunlop D207 or Michelin Pilot Power, not being for the given dimensions, are not compatible with undertray and rear hugger made for original tyres in standard dimensions.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.
* The "Ermax" mudguard and undertray are compatible.
