Fitting kit
- 4 screws 5×15mm
- 4 threaded staples Ø5
- 4 screws 5×10mm
Assembly
- Remove the passenger seat, indicators, number plate light, original mudguard and undertray.
- Position the threaded staples as shown in the photo and replace the original undertray.
- Fit the plate metal support to the supplied undertray using the 4 5×10mm screws, the 4 Ø5 nylock nuts
and 4 Ø5 plastic washers. Connect number plate light and indicators.
- Fit the undertray and fix it in place using the four 5×15 screws and remaining plastic washers.
- Fit the number plate to the metal support. It is advised to check the slope of the number plate
before assembly, and if necessary, fold the support metal so as to preserve a slope in the standards
(do not fold the metal support while fitted on the ABS piece).
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of
our painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Any deterioration of the parts due to the presence of any excessive load in the undertray will not be guaranteed.
* A few tyres, as Dunlop D207 or Michelin Pilot Power, not being for the given dimensions, are not compatible with undertray and rear hugger made for original tyres in standard dimensions.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.
