Fitting kit
- 2 BHC Ø6×15 screws
- 2 Ø6 plastic washers
- 2 Ø6 nylock
- 2 beleved spacers
Assembly
- Remove the saddle and the rear seat unit, disconnect the indicators and the plate lighting, then
remove the number plate support.
- Remove the original undertray, cut outlines by keeping the anti-theft compartment (see photo).
- Fix the block with both provided screws and original nuts which take place on the holes, which are
closer of the taillight.
- Replace the rear seat unit, then place the undertray and fix it to side thanks to the 4 original plastic
clips, and in the middle, using the Ø6 nuts and belts supplied.
- The triangular indicator's place (if they are ordered) stays in the free choice of the user.
- Connect the indicators and the plate lighting.
- If necessary, fix the plate with the supplied beleved spacers.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of
our painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Any deterioration of the parts due to the presence of any excessive load in the undertray will not be guaranteed.
* A few tyres, as Dunlop D207 or Michelin Pilot Power, not being for the given dimensions, are not compatible with undertray and rear hugger made for original tyres in standard dimensions.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.
* The "Ermax" mudguard and undertray are compatible.
Original tyre Bridgestone BT 012 in 180/55 ZR 17.
