Fitting kit
- 4 TCC screws 3,5 13
- 2 beleved spacers
Assembly
- Use a soft lead pencil to draw the level of the rear seat unit on the mudguard.
- Remove both saddles, the rear shell and the passenger handles.
- Cut the original undertray five mm up to the previous line like on the photo.
- Fix back up the rear shell, position our undertray.
- Fix it thanks to the original rivets, and then connect the indicators.
- Replace both saddles and the passenger handles, and then rivet the number plate on
the support foreseen for that purpose.
- If necessary, fix the plate with the supplied beleved spacers.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of
our painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Any deterioration of the parts due to the presence of any excessive load in the undertray will not be guaranteed.
* A few tyres, as Dunlop D207 or Michelin Pilot Power, not being for the given dimensions, are not compatible with undertray and rear hugger made for original tyres in standard dimensions.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
* The "Ermax" mudguard and undertray are compatible.
