Fitting kit
- 6 BHc 5×15 alu screws
- 2 Ø5 threaded staples
- 2 BHc 8×40 screws
- 1 metallic number plate support
Assembly
- Remove passenger seat, disconnect indicators and number plate light, remove rear mudguard and original
undertray.
- Attach threaded staples in place as in picture. Place the metallic number plate support on the undertray using 4
5x15 flat headed screws, 4 nylock nuts and 4 plastic washers.
- Fit the new undertray unit using the 8x40 screws with Ø8 nylock nuts and the remaining 5x15 screws and plastic
washers.
- Connect the number plate light and attach number plate. It is advised to check the slope of the number plate
before assembly, and if necessary, fold the support metal plate so as to preserve a slope in the standards (do not
fold the metal plate while fitted on the ABS piece).
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of our
painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Any deterioration of the parts due to the presence of any excessive load in the undertray will not be guaranteed.
* A few tyres, as Dunlop D207 or Michelin Pilot Power, not being for the given dimensions, are not compatible with undertray and rear hugger made for original tyres in standard dimensions.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.

* The "Ermax" mudguard and undertray are compatible.
