Fitting kit
- 2 BHc 6×20 screws
- 1 BHc 5×15 screw
- 6 Ø5 plastic washers
- 4 BHc 5×10 screws
- 2 Ø5 L : 5mm plastic spacers
Assembly
- Remove both saddles and the left side of the rear fairing.
- Disconnect the indicators and the plate lighting.
- Remove the original plate support and cut the centring piece (see photo).
- On the rear fairing, replace the original threaded fastener by the provided one.
- Fit the metallic plate support on the undertray with 4 BHc 5x10 screws, 4 M5 nylock nuts and 4 Ø5
plastic washers.
- Replace the rear fairing. Connect the indicators and the plate lighting.
- Fit the front side of the undertray with 2 BHc 6x20 screws, 2 plastic washers and by inserting plastic
spacers between the original undertray and the provided one.
- Fit the undertray under the taillight with the BHc 5x15 screw and the Ø5 plastic washer.
- Fit the number plate on its support.
It is advised to check the slope of the number plate before assembly, and if necessary, fold
the plate metal support so as to preserve a slope in the standards (do not fold the metal
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data
of our painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicules made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Any deterioration of the parts due to the presence of any excessive load in the undertray will not be guaranteed.
* A few tyres, faithful to ETRTO standards, may be in fact bigger and higher than dimensions engraved on the tyre (until + 10 mm). They may be not compatible with undertrays and rear huggers which we made with
original tyres and whose dimensions correspond to these ones engraved on tyre.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.
