STEP 10: Adjust the dosage for CH2, using the (S2) mode, and repeat Step 9.
STEP 11: Set the Current Level for each channel using the (P) mode. The current
level will automatically appear in the display. Adjust to the desired level
using the current knobs. If the desired level is unknown, initiate treatment
at a lower level (< 2mA).
STEP 12: Initiate Treatment by setting the Treatment Mode Switch to (R). Current will
ramp up to set intensity level in 30 seconds.
STEP 13: At the End of Treatment current will ramp down, then the device will beep
and shut down. To turn the device OFF, the Power Switch must be in the
OFF position. Disconnect the lead wires and remove the electrodes.
Operational Considerations
During treatment, (P) or (R) mode, the following parameters can be viewed by
using the Display Button:
Time remaining [min]
During setup, (S1) or (S2) mode, Dose represents the total dose to be delivered
and is the only treatment parameter which is displayed.
The current setting can be changed at any time during the treatment without
going into the (P) mode. When current is changed, the time remaining is
automatically recalculated, ensuring the desired dosage is delivered.
Pausing the treatment (P) does not affect the actual treatment length or dosage.
For safety and comfort reasons, current will automatically ramp down when
treatment is paused (P) and ramp up when treatment is resumed (R).
When using both channels, treatment will start simultaneously.
Treatment dosage can be retained for use at the next treatment by turning the
Treatment Mode Switch to (P), (S1) or (S2). If not used within 20 minutes, the
device will beep until power is turned OFF. The CH1 default dosage at start up is
40mA
min.

TROUBLESHOOTING AND REPAIR

Troubleshooting
If the device does not function, make sure the battery is fresh, properly
installed (check polarity markings) and the battery contacts are clean.
If the
appears on the display, replace the battery. If it begins blinking, the
device will shutdown soon. Record how much of the treatment was
completed because this information will be lost when the battery is replaced.
If an electrode becomes disconnected or if a high impedance situation occurs,
the treatment is automatically paused, the ON/OFF indicator light for the
impacted channel blinks and a beep sounds. The
