2.2 Spark prevention
Flammable floor coverings must be safe-
guarded by fire-resistant material. This
material must be laid at least 50 cm in front
and at least 30 cm to the sides of the
combustion-chamber door. You will find the
respective spark-prevention plates in the
Bullerjan
-Fixtures product line.

2.3 General safety guidelines
Ensure that children never near the burning
stove unattended. Remember that any
operating stove heat up – this poses a burn
hazard. The exterior surfaces ( particularly
the window ) should not be touched during
the handling of the device; to grasp or
touch the door handle or the controls, please
use the furnished glove. Any ash may only
be disposed of after both the stove and the
ash have completely cooled off.

Installation
3.1 Unpacking, setup
Before you lift the stove off the pallet,
please remove the transport safety screws.
Never tilt the stove prior to removing the
screws – otherwise, the stove's metal parts
may deform or crack. Immediately after
unpacking it, please inspect the stove for
any damage. Please also note that fire places
may only be commissioned following the
district master chimney sweep has certified
the proper function and the safe usability
of the waste-gas installation ( flue ) and the
heat-producing appliance.
