    4 Descrizione del brandeggio EXPT I dispositivi di brandeggio antideflagranti della serie EXPT sono stati progettati per consentire lo spostamento, sia sul piano orizzontale che su quello verticale, di telecamere o altre apparecchiature operanti in ambienti industriali in cui vi è la probabilità che si manifestino atmosfere esplosive dovute a gas, vapori, nebbie o miscele di aria o polveri.

    4.1 Dispositivo protezione vetro I brandeggi antideflagranti della serie EXPT possono essere equipaggiati con il dispositivo di protezione vetro, installato sull’apertura frontale della custodia. Esso è costituito da una flangia di raccordo con la custodia, una flangia di chiusura e da un corpo centrale antideflagrante contenente un robusto vetro trasparente, un motore in corrente continua alimentato a 24VDC, due avvolgitori ed una pellicola trasparente in Mylar, installata di fronte al vetro.

    4.2 Campo di utilizzo L'impiego del brandeggio EXPT è definito per l'utilizzo in postazione fissa per la sorveglianza di zone con atmosfera potenzialmente esplosiva classificate 1-21 o 2-22, mediante telecamera installata dall'utente al suo interno. • Il brandeggio EXPT è costruito e certificato in accordo con la direttiva 94/9/CE ATEX e i protocolli IEC 60079-0:2000, IEC 60079-0:2001, IEC 61241-1:2004 che ne definiscono il campo di applicazione ed i requisiti minimi di sicurezza.

    5 Installazione La fase di installazione deve essere effettuata solo da personale tecnico qualificato. Effettuare i collegamenti e prove in laboratorio prima dell'installazione nel sito. Utilizzare degli utensili adeguati. Le seguenti procedure sono da effettuare in assenza di alimentazione, se non diversamente indicato.

    5.3 Installazione della telecamera Si raccomanda all'installatore di non utilizzare dispositivi che eccedano dalle specifiche!     5.5 Regolazione fine corsa (versione con Autopan) Per installare il brandeggio a parete viene utilizzata l'apposita staffa, che si fissa tramite i 4 fori con diametro 11 mm, mentre per l'installazione su palo può essere sfruttato il disco di appoggio del corpo di base, dotato di 4 fori da 8,5 mm disposti a 90°.

    4.1 Glass protection device The pan & tilt unit series EXPT can be equipped with the glass protection device, installed on the front opening of the camera housing. It consists of a connection flange with the housing, a closing flange and an explosion- proof central body containing a rugged and transparent glass, a direct current motor power supplied at 24 Vdc, two windings and a transparent Mylar film, installed just in front of the glass.

    4.2 Application field The use of P&T EXPT is in fixed position for the vigilance, by camera installed by the user inside, of zones with atmosphere explosive classified 1-21 or 2-22. • The P&T EXPT is constructed and certificated in compliance to the 94/9/CE ATEX standard and the IEC 60079-0:2000, IEC 60079-0:2001, IEC 61241-1:2004 protocols which define the range of application and the minimum safety requirements.

    4 Description de la tourelle EXPT Les dispositifs de tourelle antidéflagrants de la série EXPT ont été conçus pour permettre le déplacement, horizontal et vertical, de caméras ou autres appareils fonctionnant en environnement industriel comportant la possibilité d'atmosphères explosives dues à des gaz, vapeurs, brouillards ou mélanges d'air ou de poudres. Les tourelles EXPT sont fournies avec caisson pour caméra et réalisées en fusion massive d'alliage d'aluminium Anticorodal du groupe AlSi7Mg EN AC-42000 dont sa composition chimique est définie par la norme UNI EN 1706.

    4 Beschreibung Schwenkkopf EXPT Die explosionssicheren Schwenkkopfvorrichtungen der Serie EXPT dienen zum Verstellen von Kameras oder anderen Geräten –sowohl auf horizontaler als auch vertikaler Ebene- in Betriebsumgebungen mit z.B. durch Gase, Dämpfe, Nebel oder Staub-/Luftgemische explosionsgefährdeter Atmosphäre. Die Schwenk- Neige-Kopf EXPT werden mitsamt Kameragehäuse geliefert und bestehen aus einer massiven Aluminiumgußlegierung Anticorodal der Gruppe AlSi7Mg EN AC-42000, deren chemische Zusammensetzung von der Norm UNI EN 1706 definiert ist.

    4.1 Glasschutz Die explosionssicheren Schwenkköpfe der Serie EXPT können mit einem Glasschutz ausgestattet werden, der an der vorderen Öffnung des Gehäuses angebracht wird. Er besteht aus einem Flansch zur Verbindung mit dem Gehäuse, einem Verschlussflansch und einem explosionssicheren Mittelteil, das ein starkes durchsichtiges Glas enthält, einem Gleichstrommotor mit 24VDC-Speisung, zwei Aufrollvorrichtungen und einer durchsichtigen Mylarfolie, die vor dem Glas angebracht ist.

    4.2 Verwendungsbereich Der Schwenkkopf wird fest installiert und dient zur Überwachung explosiver Atmosphären der Klasse 1- 21 oder 2-22, mittels einer vom Bediener eingebauten Kamera. • Der Schwenk- Neige-Kopf EXPT wurde nach der Richtlinie 94/9/EG ATEX und den Protokollen IEC 60079- 0:2000, IEC 60079-0:2001, IEC 61241-1:2004 gebaut und zertifiziert.

    5 Montage Die Installation darf ausschließlich von qualifiziertem Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden. Die Anschlüsse und Labortests sollten vor der endgültigen Montage durchgeführt werden. Geeignete Werkzeuge benutzen. Die folgenden Arbeitsschritte sollten bei abgetrennter Stromversorgung ausgeführt werden, sofern keine anderweitigen Anweisungen vorliegen. Vor der Montage des Geräts muss an der elektrischen Anlage eine Schutzvorrichtung installiert werden.

    5.5 Einstellung Endschalter (Ausführung mit Autopan) Für die Montage des Schwenkkopfes an der Wand wird der entsprechende Bügel mit 4 Bohrungen von 11mm Durchmesser verwendet; soll er auf einen Pfahl montiert werden, kann die Auflagescheibe des Grundgehäuses genutzt werden, die 4 im 90°-Winkel verteilte Bohrungen von 8,5 mm hat. Um den korrekten Ausschlag des Schwenkkopfes zu gewährleisten, befinden sich auf dem unteren Flansch des mittleren Gehäuses und auf der Auflagescheibe des Grundgehäuses zwei vertikal ausgerichtete Markierungen.
