STORAGE
Turn the locking collar next to the trigger counterclockwise until the main tube slides off the plunger.
Pack a generous amount of petroleum jelly around and in between the O-rings on the plunger.
Clean and pack a generous amount of petroleum jelly on the seal (a), O-ring (b) and other indicated be-
aring areas (c) of the arm.
PROBLEM
A. There is paint leakage on the
roller arm assembly
B. Plunger is difficult to pull/push
C. The fill tube will not fill with paint 1. Paint residue on fill valve components
or paint leaks from fill valve

CAUSE
1. The seal on the arm is backward
2. The seal and cap were not properly
cleaned

SOLUTION
1. Turn the seal around
2. Clean and properly lubricate

5. Replace the O-rings
6. Replace roller cover
7. Replace core or cap
8. Call customer service

1. Insert fill tube firmly into fill
valve and twist fill tube
several times to break up
paint residue.

to the steps below to clean
the fill valve components.
