TROUBLESHOOTING
You may solve most of the problems you may face with your TV by referring to the following troubleshooting list.
No picture, no sound
1. Check whether the fuse or breaker works properly.
2. Check the wall plug by plugging another device whether it is working or not.
3. There may be a loose contact between the power cord and the wall plug.
4. Check the signal source.
No colour
1. Change the colour system.
2. Adjust saturation.
3. Try another channel. The program received can be in black and white.
Remote control not working
1. Change the batteries.
2. The batteries may be inserted improperly.
3. The plug of your device may be pulled out
No picture, normal sound
1. Adjust brightness and contrast.
2. There may be a broadcast problem.
Normal picture, no sound
1. Increase the volume by pressing VOL+
2. Sound setting was muted, press MUTE button to change.
3. Change the sound system
4. There may be a broadcast problem.
There are irregular waves
This problem generally occurs due to signal Interference arising from some devices around such as a car, a fluorescent
lamp or a hair dryer, etc. Adjust the antenna in a way that will minimise the signal interference.
Black Screen in VGA mode
Your TV may not be supporting the resolution set by the PC. Use the best resolution setting or other standard resolution
settings of the Windows system.
Picture noise and Signal interference
If the antenna has been placed at a frontier zone, there may be picture loss as noisy pixels. If the signal is too weak, a special
antenna should be needed to Install to increase the signal reception power.
1. Adjust the location and direction of your portable or fixed antenna
2. Check antenna connections.
3. Adjust fine tuning.
4. Try another channel. There may be a broadcast problem.
Shaded picture
Shaded picture arises from the reception of two reflection of TV signal. One of them is the directly receiving signal and the
other is the one reflected from high buildings, hills or other objects. To change the location and direction of the antenna
may improve signal reception.
Radio frequency interference
In this type of signal interference generally running waves or vertical lines occur, and in some cases picture contrast
decreases. Find the radio frequency causing signal interference and remove it.
Freeze and mosaic on display
The signal strength of the channel may be low or the dish antenna may not be receiving satellite signals properly. Try other
channels, if the other channels have a problem, the dish may not be positioned correctly. Depending on the satellites
used, the dish antenna should be relocated, not to obstruct the satalite signals, the dish should not be placed close to the
tall building, the tree, etc.,
NOTE: In very cloudy and stormy weather, satellite signals are weakened, so there may be problems such as freezing in the
image, not getting the image. This problem is independent of television.
