MAINTENANCE

If the Electric Scooter is stained/dirty, you can use a damp cloth to wipe it over. If the stain is difficult to clean,
use a small amount of soap and a clean toothbrush, then wipe with a wet cloth.
Important! Do not use alcohol, petrol, kerosene or other corrosive or volatile chemicals, otherwise both the
appearance and inner structure of the scooter can be severely damaged. Using a pressure gun for spraying
is also prohibited.
WARNING
Before cleaning, make sure the scooter is turned off, the charger is unplugged and the charging port is
covered, otherwise you may damage the electronic components.
When not in use, the Electric Scooter should be stored in a cool dry place, never leave it outdoors for ex-
tended periods of time. Both the Sun and hot/cold outdoor environments will accelerate the decay of the
Electric Scooter appearance, tires and battery.
Battery Maintenance
Do not store the battery in temperatures that exceed the limits specified in the technical specifications. Do
not puncture the battery. Do dispose of batteries according to the local laws and regulations.
A well-maintained battery can perform well even after many miles of riding. Charge the battery after each
ride and avoid draining the battery completely. When used at room temperature (22ºC), the battery range
is at its best; whereas using it at temperatures below 0ºC can decrease range and performance. Typically,
at -20ºC range can be half that of the same battery at room temperature (22ºC). Battery range will recover
when temperatures rise.
:
Note
Generally, a fully charged battery should last 120 to 180 days in standby mode. A low-power bat-
tery should last around 30-60 in standby mode. Remember to charge the battery after each use. Completely
draining the battery may cause permanent damage to the battery. Electronics inside the battery record the
charge-discharge cycles of the battery, damage caused by over-discharge and under-discharge will not be
covered by the Warranty.
WARNING
Do not attempt to disassemble the battery. Risk of fire. No user serviceable parts inside.
WARNING
Do not ride the scooter when the ambient temperature is outside the operation temperature (see
Technical Specifications), this will limit the maximum power/torque. Doing so could cause personal
injury or property damage due to slips or falls.
