It can be set for a simple balanced output and this will neutralise most applications. When the key switch is turned “off” the control knobs will become reactivated and the ionised output will conform to the control settings. Two keys are supplied with the unit. They are common key pattern keys which are readily available from Fraser or electrical suppliers, if lost. - Page 10 Ionstorm 3850 Connector Boxes Connecting more than one 3850 Bar to the 3700 Controller. A Connector Box is the most common method of serving more than one Bar. It is more versatile than having Bars in series. The connector consists of a plastic box with 2, 3 or 4 pairs of HT sockets and one HT Cable 500mm long heading to the 3700 Controller.
- Page 11 Maintenance and Cleaning Turn off power to Bar before cleaning. Do not turn on power until Bar is dry. Cleaning is very important. A dirty Bar will have greatly reduced performance. The 3850 Bar and the emitters should be cleaned regularly and thoroughly to remove dirt, dust and other contaminants.

Il est important de lire et de comprendre ces instructions avant d’entreprendre l’installation ou d’utiliser cet équipement.
- Page 15 Régulateur 3700 Ionstorm Le régulateur Ionstorm est le cœur du dispositif. Il fournit la puissance et contrôle l’ionisation. Il peut être réglé pour obtenir un rendement équilibré simple et neutraliser ainsi la plupart des applications. Il peut aussi être réglé finement et obtenir ainsi une neutralisation la plus rapide possible.
- Page 16 Lorsque l’interrupteur à clé n’est pas sous tension, les boutons de commande sont réactivés et l’ionisation est conforme aux réglages. Deux clés sont fournies avec l’unité. En cas de perte, ce sont des clés standard qui sont disponibles auprès de la société Fraser ou des fournisseurs d’équipement électrique.

- Page 19 Câble L’appareil est livré avec un câble HT de 2m de long, enrobé dans une gaine protectrice, à moins qu’il ne soit précisé autrement. Une fois la fabrication terminée, il n’est pas possible de rallonger le câble. Raccordement du câble : Le câble HT de la barre est muni d’un connecteur blanc à chaque extrémité.
- Page 20 Boîtiers de raccordement 3850 Ionstorm Pour le raccordement de plus d’une barre 3850 au régulateur 3700. Un boîtier de raccordement est la méthode la plus habituelle pour desservir plus d’une barre. Cette méthode est plus flexible que le raccordement en série des barres.
- Page 21 Dimensions Supports de montage du boîtier de raccordement Le kit comprend : plaques de montage en aluminium. écrous et boulons M4. vis autotaraudeuses. Pour l’installation des supports de montage, enlever les quatre vis de coin au dos du boîtier de raccordement.
- Page 22 Maintenance et nettoyage Couper l’arrivée de courant de la barre avant de la nettoyer. Ne pas remettre le courant avant que la barre soit sèche. Le nettoyage est très important. Une barre sale donne des performances grandement réduites. La barre 3850SC et les émetteurs doivent être nettoyés à fond et régulièrement pour enlever la saleté, la poussière et autres contaminants.

- Page 25 Ionstorm 3850 Antistatikstab und 3700 Controller Installations- und Wartungsanweisungen Ionstorm Antistatikstäbe bieten bei korrekter Installation marktführende Leistung und Zuverlässigkeit. Sie müssen sich vor Installation und Betrieb dieser Ausrüstung mit der folgenden Anleitung vertraut machen. Funktionsweise Das Antistatiksystem besteht aus einem oder mehreren Antistatikstäben und einem Netzteil. 3700 Ionstorm Controller und 3850 Stab Ionstorm 3850 Antistatikstab Ionstorm gibt positive und negative Ionen von speziellen Emittern ab.
- Page 26 Ionstorm Controller Der Ion Storm Controller bildet das Kernstück des Systems und sorgt für die Leistung / Regelung der Ionenabgabe. Es kann auf symmetrische Abgabe eingestellt werden, um so in den meisten Anwendungen für eine Neutralisierung zu sorgen. Alternativ ist die Feineinstellung auf eine möglichst schnelle Neutralisierung möglich.
- Page 27 Nach dem Deaktivieren des Schlüsselschalters werden alle Regler wieder aktiv, sodass die Ionenabgabe den Reglereinstellungen entspricht. Es werden zwei Schlüssel mit dem Gerät geliefert. Ersatzschlüssel sind direkt von Fraser oder über einen Elektro-fach-händler erhältlich. Stromversorgung Die Stromversorgung ist auf dem Etikett angegeben und beträgt 230V 50/60Hz (falls nicht anders vereinbart).
- Page 28 Externe Schnittstelle Die externe Schnittstelle besitzt eine 6-polige Mini-DIN-Buchse. Fernsteuerung EIN-AUS Fernsteuerung AUS: Pin 3 auf 0 V (Verbindung mit Pin 5). WICHTIG: Die an der FERNSTEUERUNG anliegende Spannung darf +12 V nicht überschreiten und darf nicht negativ sein. Fernsteuerung ALARM Der externe Alarmzustand wird über ein Relais mit Arbeits- und Ruhekontakten angezeigt.
- Page 29 Ionstorm 3700 Controller Halterungen Satz umfasst: Aluminiumhalterungen. M4 Muttern und Schrauben. Blechschrauben. Zur Installation die vier Eckschrauben auf der Unterseite des Controllers unter den Gummifüßen entfernen. Die Halterungen an der kürzeren Seite des Controllers ansetzen und mit den längeren Blechschrauben montieren. WICHTIG: DEN CONTROLLER NICHT ÖFFNEN.
- Page 30 Kabel 2m Hochspannungskabel mit Schutzummantelung ist im Lieferumfang inbegriffen (falls nicht anders vereinbart). Nach Auslieferung können keine längeren Kabel nachgerüstet werden. Kabelanschluss: Das am Stab angeschlossene Hochspannungskabel besitzt zwei weiße Stecker. Diese werden fest in die weißen Buchsen am Controller eingesteckt. WICHTIG: Die Stromversorgung muss beim Anschließen/Trennen der Stecker ausgeschaltet sein.

Wichtig: es dürfen sich keine Maschinenteile vor oder neben dem Stab befinden (in der folgenden Abbildung rot markiert), da diese die ionisierte Luft anziehen und somit die zur Neutralisierung zur Verfügung stehende Ionisierung vermindern. - Page 33 Wartung und Reinigung Den Stab vor der Reinigung ausschalten und erst dann wieder einschalten, wenn der Stab trocken ist. Die Reinigung ist sehr wichtig, da ein verschmutzter Stab weitaus weniger Leistung entwickelt. Der 3850SC Stab und die Emitter müssen regelmäßig und gründlich gereinigt werden, um Staub und andere Verschmutzungen zu entfernen.
