  • Page 5 The emitter pins should face the material to be neutralised. The bars must be dry and oil-free. The EX1250 Bar can neutralise static charge at a distance of up to 150mm. However, for the best performance it should be positioned closer: if possible 25 - 50mm from the product. At a distance of 150mm the performance is about 85% less that at 25mm.

  • Page 7 If there is a fault in the EX1250 Bar the Power Unit will shut down for safety reasons - it is current limited to 5mA. The electronic circuitry for the RFM is on a PCB mounted inside the power unit. It does not need any additional power source.
  • Page 8 The cleaning chemical must be compatible with PVC and epoxy resin. When cleaning around the emitters - take care as the pins are sharp! Please note: the EX1250 and EXHP Bars have no user serviceable parts. The warranty will be void if the customer attempts to make repairs.
