Die bestimmungsgemäße
Verwendung des Arbeitsplatzes
nach Kundenwunsch ist das
manuelle Werken an einem
Arbeitsplatz mit Teilebereitstellung.
Den Arbeitsplatz vor dem Beladen
eben und senkrecht ausrichten und,
falls erforderlich, gegen Umkippen
sichern.
Die zulässigen Lasten sowie die
Grenzlagen der Lasten

Die Lasten sind statisch.
Die Wirklinien des Schwerpunkt-
Vektoren „SL
" (Materialebenen mit
A
Lasten) und „SL
" (Belastung Tisch)
T
müssen innerhalb der Grenzfl ächen
„AS" und „TS" (
4, 5, 6, 7)
liegen, wir empfehlen die jeweilige
Mitte.
Die Materialebenen gleichmäßig
belasten; die max. zulässige Last
auf einer Materialebene ist eine
Flächenlast und darf nicht als
Punktlast auftreten.
Beladung gleichmäßig auf alle
Materialebenen verteilen, um
Kopfl astigkeit zu vermeiden.
Stand- und Kippsicherheit des
Arbeitsplatzes sicherstellen,
entsprechend den nationalen
Vorschriften (für Deutschland gilt
u. a. die BG-Vorschrift BGR 234,
Richtlinien für Lagereinrichtungen
und Geräte).
Bei der Auslegung dynamische
Belastungen als Störkräfte
berücksichtigen, zum Beispiel:
– hartes Aufsetzen eines beladenen
Behälters auf eine Materialebene,
– schnelles Auffahren eines
Behälters gegen den Endanschlag
der Materialebene.
Einen beladenen Arbeitsplatz mit
Rollen nicht verfahren!
Einen unbeladenen Arbeitsplatz
mit Rollen nicht auf Gefällstrecken,
Schrägen, über Absätze oder über
Bodenfugen verfahren.
Die angegebenen Tragfähigkeiten
sind Maximalwerte, ideale
Einsatzbedingungen vorausgesetzt:
– handgeführte
Schrittgeschwindigkeit während
des Verschiebens
– glatte, ebene Fahrbahn
Den Arbeitsplatz nicht besteigen
oder als Gerüst verwenden!

Evenly load the material shelves;
the max. material shelf load is a
surface load and may not occur as
lumped load.
Avoid top-heaviness by evenly
distributing the load over all
material shelves.
Check the stability and steadiness
of the workstation according to
the national regulations (the BG
regulation BGR 234, Guidelines for
storage applications and tools, is
applicable for Germany).
During layout, regard dynamic loads
as interfering forces, for example:
– a loaded container set down
forcefully on a material shelf,
– quick impact of a container
against the material shelf's end
stop.
Loaded workstations with casters
may not be moved!
Workstations with casters which are
not loaded may not be moved over
inclined sections, runs, landings, or
fl oor joints.
The specifi ed load capacities
represent maximum values, based
on ideal operating conditions:
– Manually guided walking speed
when moving fl ow racks, material
shuttles or workstations
– Smooth, level track
Do not climb on the workstation or
use it as scaffolding!

Avant de le charger, aligner le poste
de travail à plat et verticalement
et, le cas échéant, le fi xer pour
l'empêcher de basculer.

234, directives pour les installations
et instruments de stockage).
Lors de la conception, considérer
les charges dynamiques comme
forces parasites, par exemple :
– dépôt brutal d'un bac chargé sur
un niveau de matériaux,
– pousée rapide d'un bac contre
la butée terminale du niveau de
matériaux.
Ne pas déplacer un poste de travail
à roulettes chargé !
Ne pas déplacer un poste de travail
à roulettes non chargé sur des
pentes, des paliers ou sur des joints
du sol.
Les capacités de charge indiquées
sont des valeurs maximales
supposant des conditions
d'utilisation idéales :
– Vitesse pas à pas manuelle
pendant le décalage
– Voie de transport lisse et plane
Ne pas monter sur le poste
de travail ni l'utiliser comme
échafaudage !
