Connection module S1/S3 WSI
Important: do not open the connection module, all installation steps are
performed from outside
• Pull the mains power lead out of the radiant heater.
• Attach the connection module at the plug end of the radiator and secure using
2-off M4x10 Allen screws and 2-off 4.3 mm serrated washers.
• Insert the plug-in connector of the connection module in the panel connector of
the basic device.
• Plug the mains lead into the connection module and switch on the power.
Optional 1-10 V interface
• The remote control function is disabled when the WSI is programed on 1-10V
interface. The interface is activated if the jumper is placed on the WSI-device.
The remote control function is only possible if there is no jumper on WSI.
• For programming, refer to the „Important" section in the „Programming the wi-
reless remote control" section.
• The interface can only be programmed using the Solamagic FUS 6 hand-held
transmitter. Connect the control units to the contacts of the 1-10 V interface
(two-core cable fed out of the module). Ensure polarity is observed. The brown
core is positive, the blue negative.
• The mains connection to the heater remains off irrespective of the set control
voltage, for as long as the control voltage has not exceeded the value of 1 V at
least once.
