Make sure the plug has been inserted

Skin irritations occur.
Cause:You are epilating for the first time or have

not epilated for a long time.
The skin irritation will diminish gradually and
will disappear after you have epilated a few
times. If the skin irritation does not disappear
within 3 days, we advise you to consult your
doctor.
Apply some mild cream without alcohol to
calm the skin after epilation.
Keep the epilating head clean.

The skin cooler is not cold enough
Cause 1:The skin cooler was not put in the freezer

or freezing compartment long enough.
Make sure you leave the skin cooler in the
freezer or freezing compartment for at least 6
hours before using it.
Cause 2:The skin cooler was not put in a freezer

or freezing compartment.
Make sure you put the skin cooler in the
freezing compartment (and not in the
refrigerator) for at least 6 hours.
