Make sure that the epilating head and the skin
cooler touch the skin during use.
Cause 4:The skin or hair was not properly dry or

clean during epilation.
Make sure the hair is dry and do not apply any
cream or other substance to the skin before
epilating.
Cause 5:The precision cap has been left on the

epilating head during epilation of the legs.
Remove the precision cap when you epilate
your legs.

The appliance is not working.
Cause 1:The electricity supply to the socket in the

bathroom has been cut off.
Make sure the socket in the bathroom cabinet
is live. Sometimes the electricity supply to the
bathroom cabinet is cut off when you switch
off the light. In that case you will have to
switch on the light in the bathroom to be able
to run the appliance from the mains socket in
the bathroom cabinet.
Check whether the plug works by inserting it
into another socket.
Cause 2:The appliance has not been switched on.
