Cause 3:The skin cooler does not make contact

Make sure the skin cooler is always in contact
with your skin while you are epilating.
5 The freezer cassette cannot be closed
when the skin cooler is inside.
Cause:The skin cooler must be frozen whithout its

protective sleeve.
Remove the protective sleeve before putting
the skin cooler in the freezer cassette.
6 Problems with assembling and removing

Cause 1:The epilating head cannot be removed.
