NB: The neck & shoulder patch and the abdomen patch are sold separately.
The Massage program can be used on the back areas recommended for other programs.
Step 4: Switching the electrostimulator on
Press on the button to switch on the device.
Step 5: Select the treatment program
The wireless TENS / EMS electrostimulator has five treatment programs. Press on the button
the treatment program you need.
The LED showing the selected program from 1 to 5 lights up.
Step 6: Start the program and adjust the intensity.
Press on the + button to start a program. The LED indicator stays on and shows the program number.
Once the program is selected, the intensity can be changed using the + and - buttons. The maximum
intensity level is 15.
NB:
You can press on the button to stop the program. The electrostimulator instantly sets the intensity
level to zero.
CAUTION:
- If the electrodes are not positioned properly on the skin or if the device is not connected to the electrodes
and the intensity level is 1 or greater than 1, the device output will automatically shut off.
- If the stimulation levels are or become uncomfortable, reduce the intensity to a comfortable level. Contact
your doctor if the problems continue.
- If the pain does not improve and you are suffering after excessive use, do not treat these areas for two
days. If this problem continues, reduce the treatment duration and intensity.
- If you experience pain, dizziness, discomfort or nausea, contact your doctor.
- Treatment at the maximum intensity should be used with caution. Do not exceed your comfort level (or
threshold).
- Do not switch on the device if the electrodes are not positioned on your body.
- Never remove the patch from your skin during the session. Always switch off the power before removing
the patch.

NB:
- It is possible to carry out a session with your clothes on. Simply place the electrodes under your clothes.
- You may need help from another person to place the electrodes in certain areas.
Step 7: Switching the electrostimulator off
There are several possibilities:
1. Press the button and hold for two seconds to switch the power off.
2. The device switches off automatically after 3 minutes of inactivity.

6. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

6.1. CLEANING THE ELECTROSTIMULATOR

1. Switch off the device.
2. Clean the device after use with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Wipe gently. Do not use chemicals (e.g.
benzene). Do not immerse the device in any type of liquid. Never allow water to enter the battery
compartment or come into contact with the snap fasteners.
NB:
This device and its accessories do not require sterilization.

6.2. CLEANING THE PATCHES

1. Switch off the device
2. Remove the patches from the device.
3. The patches should be cleaned when the adhesive surface becomes dirty and/or does not adhere
properly to your skin. Gently wash the patch with your fingers under cold water for several seconds. Do
not use a sponge, cloth or sharp object. Do not use a detergent, chemical or soap.
4. Dry the outer side of the patches with a soft cloth and leave the adhesive surface to air dry completely.
NB:
- Clean the patches after each use.
- The lifespan of the patches may vary depending on how often they are washed, the condition of your skin
and how they are stored.
- The patches are intended to be used 15-20 times.
- If the patch no longer adheres to your skin or is damaged, replace it with a new patch.
- Only use KINECARE® patches, which are specially designed for this purpose.

6.3. ELECTROSTIMULATOR STORAGE CONDITIONS

Place the electrostimulator, the electrodes and the manual in their original packaging. Keep it in a clean
place and away from moisture. See storage conditions in the technical specifications
NB:
Remove the batteries if the device is not used for long periods.

6.4. STORING THE ELECTRODE PATCHES

Place the clean, dry patches on the plastic film and store them in the original packaging between each use.

6.5. WASTE DISPOSAL

Dispose of the device in accordance with Directive 2012/19/EU on Waste Electrical and Electronic
Equipment (WEEE). Contact your local authorities for waste disposal. Patch: This product is not
hazardous waste. Please dispose of the product in accordance with local regulations.
