Click Windows Start > Control Panel.

2. Within Control Panel, click View all Control Panel options on the
left side of the screen.
Windows Me users:
Click Windows Start > Settings > Control Panel.
1.
2. Within Control Panel, click View all Control Panel options on the
left side of the screen.
All the Control Panel icons should now be visible.
