Antifreeze alarm / Electric heater
For each heat exchanger it is possible to set the outlet temperature threshold
under which the alarm is triggered. The electrical resistance that prevents icing of
the heat exchanger switches on, with compressors off, before reaching the alarm
threshold, based on the offset. It is possible to choose between
if jointly with the resistance, the pump also needs to be turned on, if off, or not.

With the parameters set in the example screens, the electrical resistance switches
on at 4°C together with the circulation pump, after that the anti-freeze alarm is
triggered at 3°C.

The same settings are possible for the disposal heat exchanger (water-water
units) and for the recovery heat exchanger (EXP versions and versions with
RC100) and for the desuperheater heat exchanger (versions with DS).
The oil level sensor is triggered to signal the oil level in the circuit is too low. It is
possible to set the alarm delay to be used when the compressor starts up and at
full speed.
To be able to use the machine complying with the compressors' operating range,
the water supplied to the unit must not be at an exceedingly high temperature (in
cooling mode) or too low (in heating mode). If the water does not comply with
these limits, the unit might go into alarm mode (typically low evaporation pressure
or high/low condensation pressure). If these alarms occur while the outlet water
does not comply with the set limits, a warning is displayed, and the "water
temperature off operating limits" alarm is added to the alarms log.

In windows Ji16 and Ji17 it is possible to set the parameters concerning activation
of the various steps of the integrative recovery resistances. The heaters are
turned on if the outdoor air drops below the set threshold (even when unit is off) or
if with unit on the recovery inlet temperature drops below its threshold.
