Please clean all parts described in the 'cleaning and care' section
before allowing them to come into contact with food.
Place the stainless steel blade in the slot at the bottom of the glass
bowl.
Prior to this, remove the protective cover from the blade.
▪ The blades are sharp. For this reason, always replace the protective
cover when the blades are not in use.
▪ Do not attempt to process cooking chocolate. This can block the
blades and place unnecessary strain on the appliance.
Place the food in the glass bowl so that the level is no higher than the
MAX mark, and place the protective cover on top.
Fit the drive unit in places and rotate it until it clicks into place in the
protective cover.
After connecting the mains plug, press the on switch down in multiple
short bursts until you achieve the desired result.
▪ It is important to wait until the blades have stopped moving before
removing the protective cover.

Cleaning and care

Before cleaning, unplug the mains plug.
The drive unit should never be placed in water, only wiped down with
a damp cloth.
Remaining food can be reached through the opening in the protective
cover near the star shaped drive unit coupling. Remove this after every
use.
All parts should be cleaned in warm soapy water. Do not use any
abrasive cleaning agents.
