2.3 User adjustments

Adjusting the saddle
Climb onto the saddle and lean firmly back
against the backrest. From this position check
to be sure that your legs are fully extended
when the pedal is pushed all the way forward.

To move the saddle forwards or backwards,
pull the knob located in front of it.
A graduated scale is printed on the saddle
guide rail. Once you find the right position
for yourself, we recommend that you record
this number on your training chart.
Adjusting the pedal straps
To adjust the pedal straps, detach the
perforated end from the hook and reattach it
at the appropriate position for your foot.
