1. Put self-sticking 1/2" x 1/4" gasket material
(RGZ025050) around outside rim on top of cyclone
as shown in drawing. Do NOT put the gasket over the
notch in the rim. Be sure ends meet tightly and there
is no gap for air leakage. / Mettez 1/2 "x 1/4" matériau
d'étanchéité autocollante (RGZ025050) autour de la
bordure externe sur le dessus du cyclone, comme indiqué
dans le dessin. Ne pas mettre le joint sur l'encoche de la

2. Attach latches as shown. Insert two #6 bolts
(AFS632438) through latch and cyclone body into the
pre-drilled holes on sides of cyclone. Thread on the
#6 nyloc nuts (AFT900632)and tighten either with a
nut driver or socket wrench. / Fixez les verrous comme
indiqué. Insérez deux boulons (# 6) à travers AFS632438
loquet et corps de cyclone dans les trous pré-percés
sur les côtés du cyclone. Enfiler les écrous # 6 nyloc
(AFT900632) et serrer soit avec une clé à douille ou une
clé à douille.

Tools required:

Wrenches - 3/8" / (2) 7/16" / 1/2" / 7/8"
Phillips head screwdriver
3. Turn cyclone upside down on floor. Put gasket for
cyclone outlet (as shown on opposite page) on bottom
flange. Make sure all of the other gaskets have been
taken out of the large gasket center. Put drum lid upside
down on the cyclone outlet, lining up the bolt holes in
the lid with the bolt holes in the cyclone flange. Make
sure that the blocked hole for the Dust Sentry is in the
back.Fasten cyclone cone on to dust drum top using
(8) hex head 3/4" length bolts (AFS015920) by putting
a bolt through a 1/4" flat washer (AFW025000) then
through the drum top. then through another 1/4" washer
then fasten with a 1/4" whiz lock nut (AFT000005). Turn
cyclone and lid right-side up. Use the diagram below for
proper brace orientation. Reaching up into the bottom
of the cyclone, insert the three carriage bolts. On the
outside, slip on a small foam rubber gasket on each bolt,
then a steel washer, then the brace's loop, then another
steel washer and then a whiz nut. Make sure the entire
assembly is square and then securely tighen all six
nuts./ Tournez cyclone envers sur le sol. Mettez joint pour
sortie de cyclone (comme illustré ci-contre) sur la bride inféri-
eure. Assurez-vous que tous les autres joints ont été prises
sur le grand centre du joint. Mettre le couvercle de batterie
à l'envers sur la sortie de cycloe, en alignant les trous de
boulon dans le couvercle avec les trous de boulons dans la
bride de cyclone. Assurez-vous que le trou bloqué pour la
poussière Sentry est dans le cyclone cône back.Fasten à la
poussière tambour haut en utilisant (8) à tête hexagonale 3/4
"vis (AFS015920) en mettant un boulon à travers un quart"
rondelle plate (AFW025000), puis par le haut du tambour.
puis par un autre quart "rondelle puis fixez avec un quart"
contre-écrou prodige (AFT000005).
