A1.5 BravoMATIC operation
The filters normally present on the market remove only the dirt accumulated in the vessel without cleaning
the cartridge. BravoMATIC, instead, thanks to its brushing & drainage system guarantees an effective and
actual cleaning also of the filtering cartridge. BravoMATIC is equipped with an electronically controlled
automatic cleaning system with timer. This solution ensures optimal cleaning of the filter cartridge at any
time.
During the filtration stage the water enters the diverter, goes down through the filtering cartridge, from
outside to the inside, and then comes out filtered.
During the backwashing stage, the incoming water is diverted and passes through a backwash filter; then it
enters the turbojet that distributes it uniformly, at high speed, on the entire inner surface of the cartridge.
BravoMATIC is equipped with two voltage-free contacts, which are activated according to an advance
preset by the program with respect to the start of the backwash cycle. This signal advanced with respect to
the backwash cycle can be used for managing auxiliary equipment (e.g. solenoid valves, pumps, alarms,
etc.).
In the event of a power failure, the filter retains the last programmed setting when it is switched on again.
The consumption of water for a wash is of about 14 liters (referred to a 6 bar pressure).
