TROUBLESHOOTING AND ERROR CODES

PrOBLEm CAUSE
Check that appliance is switched on
Check sufficient water is available
Water will

Check that gas cylinder is turned on and that there is gas in cylinder

Cycle the water through the system back in to the source reservoir then through the appliance
again
ERROR CODES
The appliance is fitted with a number of operational &
safety features that can be identified by the following
error codes in the event that the unit will not operate:
e3: No Flame / Burner not lit
e6: over Temp Shut off
e7: O utlet Water Temp Exceed 118ºF
e8: Tilt Switch Activated
