Risks of injury
The plastic foils and bags pose a suffocation hazard! Keep child-
■
ren and animals away from the packaging material.
This product may be used by children ages 8 and over as well
■
as persons with impaired physical, sensory or mental capaci-
ties or those lacking experience and/or knowledge if they are
supervised or have been instructed in how to safely use the pro-
duct and have understood the risks associated with operating it.
Children may not play with the product. Children may not per-
form start-up, cleaning or user maintenance unless they are 8
years of age or older and are supervised.
Keep children under 8 years of age and animals away from the

product and the connection line.
Risk of strangulation! Make sure that the connector cables are
■
always out of the reach of small children and animals.
Lay the cables so that they do not pose a tripping hazard.
■
Do not look directly into the light source! Your eyes could be
■
injured.
Risk associated with electricity / risk of electric shock
Keep the product, mains adapter and cables away from water or
■
other liquids. If the product does fall in water, immediately dis-
connect the mains. Do not attempt to pull the product out of the
water when it is connected to the mains supply!
Never touch the product, mains adapter or cables with wet hands.

Remove the mains adapter from the socket
■
– when you are not using the product,
– if a fault occurs during operation,
– before a storm,
– before you clean it.
Do not make any modifi cations to the product. It is also not al-
■
lowed to replace the connector cables and the mains adapter
yourself. Only have the product, mains adapter and cables re-
