Start-up

ATTENTION!
■ First connect the motion sensor and the LED strips with one another before you
insert the mains adapter in a socket.
■ The LED strips may not be connected to the mains supply while they are being cut
and pasted in place.
■ Make sure that the connector cables are always out of the reach of small children
and animals and that they do not pose a tripping hazard!
1. Unpacking – Unpack all parts and make sure that the product contents are com-
plete (see chapter "Product contents") and check for any damages from transport.
If you identify damages to the components, do not use them (!), instead contact our
customer service centre.

2. Setting the illumination time – The LED illumination
time can be set between 30 seconds and 10 minutes on
the motion sensor. The presetting is 30 seconds. To in-
crease the illumination time, turn the cover on the back
of the motion sensor a bit in a counterclockwise direction
and remove it. Turn the controller counterclockwise. Put
the cover back on and turn it until tight. You can reduce or
increase the illumination time whenever you like.
3. Connecting the cables – Connect the cables of the
motion sensor with the cables of the LED strips and the
mains adapter. If applicable, protective caps have been
placed on the plugs. They must be pulled off before con-
necting the plugs. If you only want to use one LED strip,
put a protective cap on the free plug.
