This "Instructions for USE" booklet is inten-
ded to be a quick, simple guide for maintai-
ning and using the coffee makers.
Please read all the sections of this booklet
carefully. The Manufacturer guarantees its
full cooperation through its after-sales service
centres should there be any problems or mal-
function.
The appliances have been designed and made
in conformity with all the features that
distinguish conventional espresso coffee
machines to be found in bars: noble materials
such as copper and steel and reliable parts
make our coffee makers safe, reliable and
functional.
Any use other than that contemplated in
these instructions relieves the Manufacturer
of all liability for any injury to persons or
damage to property.
PERIODIC MAINTENANCE
@ Before carrying out any cleaning or main-
tenance, unplug the appliance or put the
on/off switch to OFF (3).
@ Empty and clean the coffee filters every
evening; remove the filter and clean the inside
using the special brush; soak them in warm
water to dissolve the fats from the coffee.
@ Clean the drip tray (11) of residues of cof-
fee on the bottom to prevent encrustation.
@ Clean the external parts of the appliance

ONLY SWITCH ON THE APPLIANCE
AFTER HAVING PUT WATER IN THE
CONTAINER UNDER THE REMOVA-
BLE LID (12). WITH A NEW APPLIAN-
CE IT IS ADVISABLE TO DISPENSE AT
LEAST 0.5 LITRES OF WATER FROM
THE RELATIVE TAP (2).

or detergents. Also for the interior hydraulic cir-
cuits must avoid to use aggressive and/or abrasi-
ve substances.
@ Clean the steam nozzle (6) every time it is
used to avoid encrustation and clogging of the
steam outlet holes.
@ Inserting the special blind filter provided,
wash the filtering unit using specific detergent
available at any shopping centre or our after-
sales service centre.
