8. Operation
1.
Connect the power cable to the device and then to the mains

Insert key and turn it ‚ON'

Press „ON" to switch the device on

The Interlock adapter is already attached. There is no need to change
anything. The show laser doesn't work if the Interlock adapter isn't connec-
ted to the device.

Safety Presets
This device has an integrated Scan Safety (SFS). Is the Scan Safety active
(on), single beams are prevented. If the Scan Safety is switched off always
ensure that maximum permissible exposure (MPE) is not exceeded in
areas accessible to the public or members of staff.

Modes:
Your device runs in auto mode (random playback of the preset patterns):

Your device runs in music mode (random playback of the preset patterns

according to music, sound or any other noises):
Control the music sensitivity by the trim pot at the rear side of the device.
The Microphone LED (at the front side of the device) is flashing when the
device is triggered.

Select different effects for auto mode and music mode
With the DIP switches you can select grating effects for auto mode as well
as for music mode. Leave the DIP switches as seen above for auto mode or
music mode and then use the DIP switches 4 to 8 to select the very effect
you can see in the table below.
