SIGNS
1 THE BURNER DOES NOT START
AND THERE IS NO BLOCK
WARNING

3 THE BURNER STARTS, ORIGINATES
THE FLAMES AND THEN STOPS
4 THE FLAME IS IRREGULAR, IT IS

POSSIBLE CAUSES

A. Lack of electrical input.
B. The fuel does not reach the burner.
A. The discharge to the electrodes
does not take place.
B. The nozzle is obstructed.
C. The fuel does not arrive.
A. The photoresistor is dirty.
B. The nozzle does not atomise
properly.
A. The nozzle does not atomise
properly.
B. The pressure in the pump is too
low.
C. There is water in the light oil.
A. The nozzle does not atomise
properly.
B. Poor combustion air.
WORKING ANOMALIES
REMEDIES
A. Check the fuses.
B. Check the thermostats (ambient,
boiler and safety).
C. Check the feeding line.
A. Check the proper position of the
tips and clean them.
B. Clean or replace the nozzle.
C. Check the level of the light oil in
the tank; that shutters along the
light oil line are open ; the cleaning
of the pipe and pump filters.
A. Clean the photoresistor.
B. Clean or replace the nozzle.
A. Clean or replace the nozzle.
B. Check and raise the pressure.
C. Remove the water from the tank
and clean the filters.
A. Clean or replace the nozzle.
B. Check that the atmospheric shutter
properly opens; check that the fan
is not dirty
