Using tare function (TARE)

This function is practical when baking, for example, if you
would like to add another ingredient to the ingredients
already on the scale.

1. Press OFF/TARE to reset the scale to "0". The display

2. Add the new item or substance.
The display shows the added item weight.
3. Repeat the process whenever you would like to add
more ingredients. The process can be repeated as
often as needed until the maximum capacity of 5 kg is
reached.

Switching off the scale

− Press and hold down OFF/TARE until the indication on
the display goes out.
After approx. 60 seconds of inactivity,
the scale will turn off automatically, with two
beeps.
less than 50 grammes, the display will
show (zero function).
more than 50 grammes, the display will
show (tare function).
