8.3.1 Gas supply of the gas transmission system

Connect the hose of the gas transmission system with one of both gas sockets.

To set the gas flow, touch the correspondent display- CUT FLOW or COAG FLOW. Then the menu for
setting the gas flow opens. Use the arrow keys to set the desired gas flow.
Select the "Exit" field to save and return to the main menu.

„CUT FLOW" – The menu for selecting
quantity in "CUT" mode opens:
By pressing the "Argon Flow" -Button, the gas operation mode is permitted. The display changes the
colour of the push button from red to green.
After finishing the process, it is advising to stop the gas supply to the module and to clean the system
and the orifice with the Button "C".
Connect the monopolar output (25) of the HF-device to the input of the Argon
module (26).
Connect the coupling of the handle to the HF output (27) and the hose
connector (of the Handle) to the gas supply socket (28).
The gas flow can be set in an interval of 0,3 L/min to 6,0 L/min in
steps of 0,1 l/min.
The gas quantity in the cylinder is shown on the display by filling in
the image.
Different gas flows can be set for each of the cutting CUT and
coagulate COAG functions.
