7. Troubleshooting

The following table describes the errors which may occur, and their causes.
In the event of problems not listed in the table, please contact your supplier.
Description
The sauna control unit
does not turn off after the
rocker is actuated.
The sauna control unit
indicates that there is
an object on the sauna
heater.

Cause / rectification
Check the installation and connection for potential
faults (see 4. Installation and connection on
page 7).
Remove any objects placed on the sauna heater.
If there is no object on the rocker, check the fol-
lowing points:
● Was the safety shut-off correctly connected?
► 5. Connection and testing on page 11
● Is the rocker in a horizontal position?
► Check the position of the rocker
● Was the connection cable damaged?
► Check the connection cables
● Was the excess temperature fuse tripped?
(Only for sauna control units without connec-
tion terminals for the safety shut-off)
► Check the excess temperature fuse using
the operating instructions for your sauna
control unit.
