Replacing the grease filter
1. Place the clean grease filter in the filter case.
2. Place the lid on the filter case.
3. Place the whole filter case in the exhaust unit
and put the unit back into its basic position.
Maintaining the exhaust unit
The UP_SIDE can be cleaned with a damp cloth
and a mild cleaning agent. Never use aggressive,
abrasive or bleach-based products. Bleach
damages stainless steel.
We recommend Novy Inoxcleaner (906.060) for
the maintenance of stainless-steel surfaces.
