1 Good clinch.
2 Leg length of the staple too long.
3 Leg length of staple too short.
Each plier is tested carefully before delivery. By rough
treatment during operation the anvil therefore might
need to be adjusted. Uncorrect clinching may then
occur (Fig. 10/1).
– Dissassemble the door.
– Insert a lose staple into the nozzle (Fig.11/1).
– Unscrew the four screws on the rear of the anvil a
1/4 turn. Push a staple to the anvil and adjust the
toungue so that the staple hits the anvil hollows sym-
metrically.
– Then tighten the screws.
– Assemble the door.
– Make a test-stapling in a piece of carton. If the anvil
is correct adjusted the clinch should be like in
(Fig. 10/2).
