Residual-current circuit-breaker
Check the residual current circuit breaker (RCD) regularly as described in its operating
instructions.

9. Troubleshooting support

CAUTION
The whirltub may be repaired only by a qualified plumber and electrician.
Problem
Foaming
Whirl system does not start? Water level too low.
Control panel does not
respond?
After the water is drained,
the air jets start automat-
ically and the "Air jets"
button flashes.
Sound of motor during fill-
ing / after draining the tub.
There are 4 short signal
tones when activating the
air-water or water massage.

Potential cause
Soap or shampoo in the bath-
water.
Mains switch is switched off.
Mains fuse is switched off.
Ground-fault switch (RCD) or
circuit breaker has tripped.
System error
The floor jets blower automat-
ically starts a 2-minute drying
mode to remove any remaining
water from the pipes.
Residual water drain pipes and
actuators are open / closed.
UV hygiene management is
defective.
Solution
>
Switch off the whirl system.
>
Fill the tub with fresh water.
>
Add water until the water
level is about 5 cm above the
uppermost jet.
>
Switch on at the mains.
>
Switch on the mains circuit
breaker.
>
Disconnect the tub from the
mains.
>
Call customer service.
>
Disconnect the tub from the
mains.
>
Start up the tub again.
>
Call customer service.
>
Report the number of signal
tones.
