• Use force to push the two tabs of the buckle,
which are joined, inside the buckle until you
hear a loud "click" (Fig. 26). To ensure safety, the
two tabs of the buckle were designed so that
they cannot be fastened one at a time or alone.
• To tighten the safety harness of the child car
seat, pull the adjustment strap (Q) of the har-
ness until the harness straps adhere to the
child's body correctly. (Fig. 27)
WARNING! Do not over-tighten the harnesses
around the child: if you can insert one finger
between the harness and your child's shoul-
ders, it means that they are tightened correctly
WARNING! Check that the harness is not twisted.
2.6 ADJUSTING THE HEIGHT OF THE HEAD-
REST
It is possible to adjust the height of the head-
rest to the height of your child. When it is cor-
rectly adjusted, it ensures:
• that the head is always restrained and protected;
• that the child car seat safety harnesses are al-
ways at the proper height at the shoulders. By
means of the specific headrest and seat belt
adjustment ring (L) located on the top of the
backrest, it is possible to adjust the height of
the child car seat headrest (Fig. 28) to the de-
sired height.
3. OTHER OPERATIONS
3.1 RECLINING POSITION
The child car seat can recline in 4 different po-
sitions by moving the recline handle (D) on the
Base.
3.2 CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
The child car seat fabric cover can be removed
and cleaned by hand or in a washing machine
at 30°C. Please refer to the cleaning instructions
on the fabric label, which illustrates the follow-
ing washing symbols:
Machine washable at 30°C.

Do not bleach

Do not tumble dry
Do not iron
Do not dry clean
Never use abrasive detergents or solvents. Do
not dry the fabric cover in a dryer; allow it to air
dry without squeezing it. To remove the various
sections of the fabric cover from the child car
seat frame, follow the instructions below:
1. Unfasten the concealed hook from the back-
rest on the seat (Fig. 29).
2. Extract all of the tabs inserted in the seat slots
(Fig. 30A -30B – 30C).
3. Extract the headrest, starting from the top
(Fig. 31); complete the operation by extract-
ing the concealed hook on the lower portion
(Fig. 32).
HOW TO CLEAN THE PLASTIC OR METAL
PARTS
Clean the plastic and coated metal parts with a
damp cloth only. Never use abrasive detergents
or solvents.
The moving parts of the child car seat must
not be lubricated.
CHECKING THE CONDITION OF THE COM-
PONENTS
It is recommended to regularly check the condi-
tion of the following components to make sure
they are not damaged or worn:
• Fabric cover: check that the padding does
not come out from the seams. Check the
condition of the seams: they must always be
intact and undamaged.
• Harness straps: check that the fabric lining is
not frayed or the harness strap worn out in the
parts corresponding to the adjustment strap,
crotch, shoulders and harness adjustment plate.
• Plastic parts: check that the plastic parts are
not worn out, damaged or faded.
WARNING! If the child car seat is damaged,
deformed or worn out, it must be replaced, as
its original safety features may have been com-
promised.
STORING THE PRODUCT
When it is not fitted in the car, it is recommend-
