Help

The purpose of this section is to help you quickly solve the
most common problems that you may encounter with your
product during use.
If you're unsure, or if the problem persists or isn't in this list,
contact your installer.
Nothing is displayed on the room unit screen.
There is no power supply.
Check the batteries (and their polarity).
The temperature displayed does not match the tempera-
ture measured in the room (thermometer).
Refer to the CFO1 menu in the start-up operation.
Your heating/air-conditioning system is off.
The selector knob is still on
Turn the knob to another position.
The screen displays 4 dashes"- - - -". The unit is off.
3 possibilities:
- the absence function is set in COOL mode,
- the Economy temperature is not regulated in COOL mode
(CF05 menu, start-up),
- Frost Protection mode in COOL mode
(§ setting the temperatures).
The thermostat continues to request heating although the
set-point requested has been reached.
This is not a malfunction. It is related to the type of regulation
used. This operation is of limited duration and does not lead to
over-consumption.
