Connecting external devices/consumers to the
voltage converter
Warning!
Some external devices, particularly radios and/or
other audio and rechargeable devices can damage
the voltage converter and/or the connected device.
Verify the manufacturer has approved the device to
be powered by a sinusoidal voltage converter.
Attention!
Only use external devices equipped with Schuko
plug or European cable connectors.
The uSB output on the voltage converter is
not intended for data transfer. Do not connect
memory sticks, MP3 players or similar external
data storage devices.
1. Connect the power plug of the external device to
the 230 V output [1] and/or connect the external
uSB device to the uSB port [3].
2. Switch on the voltage converter.
3. Now switch on the (external) devices connected
to the voltage converter.
Note:
If the housing temperature exceeds 60°C ±5°C,
the built-in fan will switch on to avoid overheating
of the voltage transformer.
All outputs can be used simultaneously. The
maximum total power rating for all external
devices must not exceed the power output (see
"Technical data").
The rating is specified in the type plate of the exter-
nal device. External devices such as electric motors,
power drills, power saws, refrigerators and stereo
equipment typically draw a higher amount of power
when starting up than specified in the type plate.
The voltage converter can therefore briefly supply a
peak power output (see "Technical Data").
If the power rating is only specified in ampere, mul-
tiply the ampere value by 230 for the watt.
For example: 0.4 A x 230 = 92 Watt
Remember the vehicle's battery will be discharged
when the vehicle is not running.

APP CONTROL

Prerequisite:
The voltage converter must be switched on or in
"Sleep Mode" (power save mode).
The voltage converter must be connected to the
Bluetooth® remote control module.

Installation

1. Scan the QR code. You will automatically be
redirected. Download the app in Google Play/
App Store.
Google Play
2. Install the app on your smartphone.

Use

1. If necessary, enable the Bluetooth® function on
your smartphone.
2. Tap the app icon and open the app.
3. Grant the app access to the location, including
when the app is not being used.
4. Allow notifications.
Information about use:
Unless blocked by external signals or shielding
objects, the smartphone can receive the Blue-
tooth® remote control module signal from up to 10
metres away. The signal will be affected at more
than 10 metres away or if objects are in the way.
When blocking access to the location, the Blue-
tooth® remote control module will not be able to
notify the user if a problem occurs.
When disabling notifications you will not be able
to receive the respective notifications.
