GB 16
The upper basket is equipped with 4 side racks (2 on each side).
These side racks can be placed in a high or low position. The side
racks are fitted with clamps (2 on each side). The side racks can be
adjusted by pulling on the clamps of the upper basket. Place the side
racks in the desired position.
High position
The "high" position allows you to place tall glasses (place under side
racks) and wine glasses in the basket. Hang the wine glasses upside
down in the recesses in the side rack.
Low position
In the "low" position, cups, small bowls and glasses can be placed on
the side racks. Take note of the height of the dishes!
Using the lower basket
We recommend that you place large objects that are the most difficult
to clean in the lower basket: pots, pans, pan lids, casserole dishes and
basins.
Casserole dishes and pan lids should preferably be placed at the side
of the basket. This will ensure that they do not obstruct the spray arm
when it is turning.
• Saucepans, serving dishes etc. must always be placed upside
down in the basket.
• Deep bowls should be tilted, with the opening facing downwards to
allow water to escape.
• The lower basket can be adjusted to allow for larger, or more, pots
and pans.
