CHANGING THE PHONE BOOK
In the Control Panel can be stored up to 8 telephone numbers to which will be sent signals set in the
programming phase.
To go in sub menu of phone book configuration:
• Insert the installer PIN to enter the technical menu. By using the ARROW UP / ARROW DOWN, select
"Programming" and press ENTER to enter the sub programming menu.
• Use the ARROW UP / DOWN to move to the item "Contacts", press again ENTER to confirm.
• Now you can scroll through the list of contacts. Once the contact to be modified has been found,
press again the ENTER key to enter setup. The options on the menu configuration are:
• Description: allows you to enter the name of the telephone contact.
• Phone Number: allows you to view or edit the phone number to dial.
From this menu option, you can press the ENTER key to enter the edit mode. The number can

be inserted using the numeric keys of the keypad. Or you can press the ARROW UP / DOWN to scroll
through all of the digits in the order '0', '1', '2', '3', '4', '5', '6', '7', '8', '9', '*', '#', ',', '+'.
The ',' figure indicates a pause of 1 second and can be used if the PSTN interface is connected to a
telephone exchange. Assuming that the exchange requires the '0' digit to get a trunk line in output
and the number to call is 1234567890, the installer can program the following number '0.1234567890'.
In case the control panel is equipped with the GSM module also and the same number should also be
called by this module, each digit until the ',' included will be ignored.
If a previously scheduled contact should not be called by the control panel is sufficient to completely
erase the phone number.
• Alarm Action: allows you to choose the type of signal that must be sent to this contact when an alarm
occurs. The options are:
"No Action", "Send Call", "Send SMS" or "Send SMS + Call". Press ENTER to enter the editing of this pa-
rameter. Then, use the ARROW UP / ARROW IN DOWN to select the desired behaviour.
Press ENTER again to confirm.
• Tamper Action: allows you to choose the type of signal that must be sent to this Contact when a
tamper event occurs. The options are:
"No Action", "Send Call", "Send SMS" or "Send SMS + Call".
• Fault Action: allows you to choose the type of signal that must be sent to this contact when a fault
occurs. The options are:
"No Action" or "Send SMS".
• Scenario Action: allows you to choose the type of signal that must be sent to this contact for the ac-
tivation of a scenario using the keyboard or remote control. The options are:
"No Action", "Send Call", "Send SMS" or "Send SMS + Call".
For more information related to the programming of the scenarios refer to the corresponding para-
graph on page. 24.
NOTE: While the description and actions associated with each contact can only be changed by the in-
staller, the phone number can also be changed by the end user, entering the "Phone Book" sub menu
accessible after entering the own code.
