Cause

Solution
Insert a water filter and activate
(see chapter "Menu – Water
filter").

drawer.
Clean the brewing unit (see the
section "Daily maintenance and
cleaning").
Leave the appliance to cool
down.
Clean the brewing unit.
Perform descaling programme
again.
Switch off appliance for 30
minutes.
