5.2. Installing the torch on the sliding head

Before installing the welding torch on the sliding head, the electrode, the ceramic cup, and the
gas diffuser on the torch must be removed. To do this, see the SATDA-06/SATDE-06 manual.

Welding torch

Remove the SAGRL-15 bushing by unscrewing the four M03x12 fixing screws.

Place the two SAGRL-14 C-rings in the slot in the middle.

Slide the torch into the head.

Fix the bushing on the SAGRL-16 adjustment nut with the four M03x12 screws.

Remove the electrode (ref. SCE-1-16-50 or SCE-1-24-50), the ceramic cup (ref.SCBC-06 or
SCBC-08 or SCBC-09 or SCBC-11 or SCBC-12), and the gas diffuser (ref. SCDA-16 or SCDA-
24) from the torch.
