7.5 EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE

All operations of extraordinary maintenance, such as regulation or replace-
ment of electronic components (motors, controls, valves, etc.) must be ex-

ecuted by qualified personnel only.

Make sure that the unit has been disconnected from the power supply and
fans are not moving.

7.5.1 REPLACING THE FAN DECK

To replace the fan deck it is not necessary to uninstall the YEFB unit and operate as follows:
•
Disconnect and remove from the electric box the wires connected to the capacitor and

the motor cable Fig. 7.
•
Remove the fan deck cover panel Fig. 8.
•
Remove the screws fixing the fan deck Fig. 9.
•
Rotate the lockers of the fan deck Fig. 10.

•
Take out the fan deck Fig. 11.
•
Replace the fan deck and mount the components back in the opposite sequence.
