    YEFB ad installazione orizzontale canalizzata, taglia: 020, 030, 040, 050, 060 e 070. 4. DESCRIZIONE DELLA TERMOVENTILANTE Le termoventilanti da incasso della serie YEFB, grazie ai loro ventilatori ad alta prevalenza, sono indicate per la maggior parte delle installazioni orizzontali dove è prevista una distribuzione canalizzata dell’aria di condizionamento in ambienti voluminosi.

  • Page 15 Nel caso in cui l’unità venga impiegata per il raffrescamento estivo degli ambienti, si dovrà eseguire una tubazione idonea alla scarico della condensa. Tale tubazione dovrà essere opportunamente isolata. L’attacco è situato sul lato della vaschetta di raccolta condensa ed è costituito da un tubo metallico con diametro di 20 mm su cui poter collegare un tubo in gomma.

    Tutte le termoventilanti YORK sono dotate di un gruppo ventilante equilibrato dinamicamente al fine di ridurre i livelli sonori ed evitare sollecitazioni e vibrazioni nell’unità.     Since your YEFB unit is equipped with a water-fed heat exchanger, be sure that ambient temperature does not fall below 0 °C, which could cause the formation of ice in the exchanger pipes with consequent risks of frost damage.

    7.2.2 REMOVING THE FILTER The filter can be easily reached in YEFB units by removing the fixing screws from the bottom closure panel, as shown in the picture below. By operating on the locking hooks, the filter can be taken out for replacing it.

    5. TRANSPORT UND LAGERUNG Die YEFB Geräte sind in Kartons und über eine Palette verpackt, um eine maximale Transportfähigkeit zu gewährleisten und Transportschäden zu verhindern. Sollten die Ventilatorkonvektoren stapelweise gelagert werden, sind die Symbole auf dem Karton zu beachten. Auf jeden Fall ist die Anzahl der maximal stapelbaren Einheiten 3.

    Für eine ausreichende Luftansaug ist es notwendig, einen Abstand von mindestens 50 cm von der Saugseite zu verlassen. Als Zubehör für YEFB-Geräte sind Ausblasplenum mit Stutzen verfügbar, die für die Verwendung wo die Luftverteilung durch kreisförmige und flexible Rohre (Durchmesser 200 mm) durchge- führt wird, mit einer geeigneten externen Wärmeisolierung versehen.

GEBRAUCH UND WARTUNG 7.1 EINSATZGRENZEN • Dieses Gerät ist nicht dafür bestimmt, durch Personen (einschließlich Kinder), mit einge- schränkten physischen, sensorischen oder geistigen Fähigkeiten oder mangels Erfahrung und/oder mangels Wissen benutzt zu werden, es sei denn sie werden durch eine für ihre Sicherheit zuständige Person beaufsichtigt oder erhielten von ihr Anweisungen, wie das Gerät zu benutzen ist.

    7.2.1 AUSTAUSCH DES LUFTFILTERS Der Filter sollte regelmäßig auszutauschen um die Luftleistung des Gerätes zu gewähren. Ebenso um einen erhöhten Geräuschpegel vermeiden zu können. Die Häufigkeit der Austausch hängt von der im Raum vorhandenen Staubmenge ab, aber ist es empfohlen, den Ansaugfilter mindestens einmal im Monat durch leichtes Rütteln und Absaugen mit einem normalen Staubsauger zu reinigen.

    Stellen Sie sich sicher, dass das Gerät von der Stromversorgung getrennt wurde und Lüfter nicht bewegen. 7.5.1 AUSTAUSCH DES VENTILATORMOTORS Um die Gebläse zu ersetzen, ist es notwendig, das YEFB Gerät ausschalten und wie folgt vorgehen: • Drähte mit Kondensator und Motorkabel verbunden vom Schaltkasten trennen und entfernen (Abb.

    Der Lüfter aller YORK YEFB Geräten wird dynamisch ausgewuchtet, um ausgezeichnete Laufruhe zu erreichen und Vibrationen zu vermeiden. Deshalb wird es empfohlen, ein gesamtes Ventilatorgehäuse als Ersatzteil an YORK anzufragen, und keine einzelnen Komponenten (z. B. nur Elektromotor).
