In case that the unit works in cooling mode, a correct condensing water discharge is necessary.
The water discharge pipe should be properly insulated.
The water discharge connection is located on the side of the condensate drain pan: it is a 20 mm.
diameter metallic pipe to which a rubber pipe can be connected.
The piping has to be executed by respecting the proper inclination (inclination from the horizontal
level = 2 cm/m). Make sure that the water evacuates correctly, by spilling some water into the
pan.
In the drawing some indications for correct water drainage are given.
If a natural water discharge is not possible, an appropriate condensate pump (optional) can be
installed. The condensate pump has to be mounted according to the instruction manual given
with the pump.
When finishing the water connection operation and after pressurizing the hydraulic
system, execute a tightness test at a higher pressure than the standard one, in order
to avoid water leaks during the regular use of the unit. Provide for an adequate
insulation of valves, piping and connections.

6.5 AIR DUCT CONNECTIONS

The air duct connections must be equipped with:
Anti-vibration joints in the connection to the inlet and/or outlet of the unit;
The dimensions of the duct connection must have the same dimensions of the air outlet
flange of the YEFB unit;
A straight duct connection having at least 1 meter length on front of the unit, before having
some curves, branches and dampers (these are cause of reduced performances and
