INSTALLING THE INTERNAL ASSEMBLY

PART-CIRCLE: Find the left-stop by turning the nozzle
housing to the right until it clicks, then back to the left until it
clicks again. The location of the arrow on top of the nozzle
housing indicates the direction of the nozzle.

Align the arrow with the left edge of the grass
line. Then, make your right arc adjustment. Lower
the internal assembly back into the case and press
down firmly. Place the snap ring in the case with
the thick portion facing "down" and allow it to
snap into position.

Press the end without the screwdriver slot into
the groove. Twist the cover down in a circular
motion until it is installed approximately 2/3rd's of
the way. Step on or pound the snap-cover in the
rest of the way. Check to make sure that the cover
fastens completely in place and is flush with the
case.
FULL-CIRCLE: Installation of the full-circle internal
assembly is the same as the part-circle except that
the arc adjustment is not necessary.
REPLACING THE NOZZLE
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Make sure the sprinkler does not operate automatically while you
are changing the nozzle. On electric models, turn the selector to
OFF as described under MANUAL OPERATION. For hydraulic
and SAM models, turn off the water.
Required Tools: Phillips-head screwdriver,
Flat-head screwdriver

Use a Phillips-head screwdriver to loosen the
nozzle housing screws.

Remove the nozzle housing screws and cover.

APLICACION DE SEMICIRCULO: Identifique el punto de
tope izquierdo girando la envuelta de la boquilla hacia la derecha
hasta escuchar un chasquido y luego girándola hacia la izquierda
hasta escuchar un segundo chasquido. La posición de la flecha
que está en la parte superior de la envuelta indica el sentido en el
cual la boquilla está apuntando.

Aseguresé que la tapadera esté completamente fija en su lugar y
al mismo nivel del casco.
APLICACION DE CIRCULO ENTERO: El procedimiento de
instalación del conjunto interno para círculo entero es igual al del
conjunto para semicírculo, salvo que no es necesario ajustar el
arco de irrigación.
SUSTITUCION DE LA BOQUILLA
NOTA IMPORTANTE:
Asegúrese que el rociador no se active automáticamente
mientras se está cambiando la boquilla. En los modelos
eléctricos, ponga el selector en la posición de apagar, como se
describe bajo el título FUNCIONAMIENTO MANUAL. En los
modelos hidráulicos y SAM, corte el suministro de agua.

Alinee la flecha con la orilla izquierda del
pasto. Después, ajuste el límite derecho del arco.
Inserte el conjunto interno nuevamente en la caja
y presiónelo con firmeza. Coloque el anillo elástico
en la caja con su parte más gruesa hacia "abajo" y
permita que el mismo se enganche en su posición.

Meta y presioné el anillo de la tapadera con la
punta del anillo sin la ranura para el Destornillador
dentro de la ranura. Doble el anillo de la tapadera
hacia abajo en una trayectoria circular hasta que
este instalado aproximadamente dos terceras
partes (2/3). Parese encima de ésta o suavemente
golpeé el anillo de la tapadera la parte restante.

Utilice un destornillador Phillips para aflojar
los tornillos de la envuelta de la boquilla.

Saque los tornillos de la envuelta de la
boquilla y quite la tapa.
