BEFORE YOU PUT THE MIXER INTO OPERATION
Before using the hand mixer check that the power plug on the power cord is disconnected from the power
socket and that the speed switch is in the whisk disengage position.

Choose the desired accessories – this depends on the desired type of mixing:
The whisks are designed for processing batter, egg whites, cream, mayonnaise and purée. The are also
very useful for mixing / kneading of sauces and pudding powder mixes.
The kneading hooks are designed for preparing yeast or puff dough.
Using the hooks you can also easily and quickly prepare potato dough for dumplings and hash brown
mixes.
2. Installation of the whisks / kneading hooks
A) Insert the whisk into the small opening.
B) Install the hooks as follows: insert the hook with the washer into the larger opening and the other
into the smaller opening.
It is not possible to install the hooks in the opposite configuration. (see pic. 1 point 3)
NOTE: Make sure that the whisks or hooks are fully inserted into the correct openings, otherwise the mixing
results could be affected.
NOTE: You can always only use a single accessory at a time.
